An
Act to suspend the operation of sections three, four and five of the Spirits
Act 1932.
[Assented to 24th November, 1933.]
BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the
Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as
follows:—
Short title
1.This Act may be
cited as the Spirits Act 1933.
Suspension of operation of s. 3, 4 and
5 of Spirits Act1932.
2. The operation of sections three, four and five
of the Spirits Act 1932 is hereby suspended until the first day of
October One thousand nine hundred and thirty-five and sections three, eleven
and
twelve of the Spirits Act 1906-1923 shall until that date have, and be
deemed at all times to have had, effect as if that date were the date fixed by
the Spirits Act 1932
