Spent Convictions Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Spent Convictions Amendment
Regulations (No. 3) 2014.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)

regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal day);

(b) the rest of the regulations —
(i)

Western Australian Photo Card Act 2014, other
than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation

if gazettal day is before the day on which the card commencement day; or

(ii)      otherwise — on the day after gazettal day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Spent Convictions
Regulations 1992.

4.             Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 in the form under the heading “INFORMATION

FOR APPLICANT”:

(a) in item 4 under the heading “Category 1” after the 1st bullet point insert:
A current photo card as defined in the Western
Australian Photo Card Regulations 2014
regulation 3
(b) in item 4 under the heading “Category 2” in the 1st bullet point delete “by the Department of Planning and

Infrastructure” and insert:

under the Liquor Control Regulations 1989 regulation 18B
