Spent Convictions Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2010

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These re^t ulations are the .Spent Convictions Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2010.

2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows -
(a) retulations I and 2 — on the day on •hich these

regulations zi n c published in the Gazelle;

(b) the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.

3.            Re;uhitions amended

These regulations amend the Spent Convictions
Regulations 1992.

4.             Regulation 6A inserted

After regulation 5 insert:

6A. Persons and haws prescribes] for section 28(2)
For the purposes of section 28(2) of the Act -

(a)

each person mentioned in an item in the Table is prescribed in respect of the la• mentioned in the item; and

(h) each law mentioned in an item in the Table is

prescribed.

CITY OF FREMANTLE PARKING AMENDMENT LOCAL LAw 2010

Under the powers conferred by the Local Go vermnent Act 199 and under all other powers enabling it, the Council of the City of Fremantle resolved on 27 October 2010 to adopt the following local law.

1. Citation
This local law may be cited as the City of Fremantle Parking Amendinent Local Lau

2010.

2. Commencement
This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the
Government Gazette.
