Spent Convictions (Act Amendment)

Regulations (No. 3) 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Spent Convictions (Act
Amendment) Regulations (No. 3) 2001.

2. Schedule 3 to the Act amended

Schedule 3 to the Spent Convictions Act 1988* is amended in the Table to clause 1 by deleting item 10 and inserting instead —
