Regulations (No. 3) 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.      Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Spent Convictions (Act

5594 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA [9 October 1998

2. Schedule 3 to the Act amended

Schedule 3 to the Spent Convictions Act 1988* is amended by

inserting after item 10 in the table to clause 1 the following
item —

11. A person — Section 18 and
(a) appointed as or being considered for Division 4
appointment as a member of the
Anti-Corruption Commission under
section 5 of the Anti-Corruption
Commission Act 1988;
(b) appointed as or being considered for
appointment as an officer or
employee of the Anti-Corruption
Commission under section 6 of the
Anti-Corruption Commission
Act 1988;
(c) seconded or being considered for
secondment under section 7 of the
Anti-Corruption Commission
Act 1988;
(d) appointed or being considered for
appointment under section 8 of the
Anti-Corruption Commission
Act 1988;
(e) appointed or being considered for
appointment under section 9 of the
Anti-Corruption Commission
Act 1988;
(f) engaged or being considered for
engagement under section 10 of the
Anti-Corruption Commission
Act 1988.
