Spent Convictions (Act Amendment)

Regulations (No. 2) 2001

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Spent Convictions (Act
Amendment) Regulations (No. 2) 2001.

2. Schedule 3 to the Act amended

Schedule 3 to the Spent Convictions Act 1988* is amended in clause 1 by inserting after item 10 of the table to the clause the following item —

“

10A.	A contract worker who is authorised under	Division 4
section 15I of the Prisons Act 1981 to perform the functions of a superintendent or a prison officer when (in the course of the person’s duties) assessing, reporting about or classifying persons charged with or convicted of offences.

”.
