Spent Convictions (Act Amendment)

Regulations (No. 2) 2000

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Spent Convictions (Act
Amendment) Regulations (No. 2) 2000.

2. Schedule 3 to the Act amended

Schedule 3 to the Spent Convictions Act 1988* is amended by inserting after item 12 the following item

13. A person authorised to exercise a Division 4

power set out in Division 1, 2 or 3 of
Schedule 2 to the Court Security and
Custodial Services Act 1999 when (in
the course of the person's duties)
assessing, reporting about or
classifying persons charged with or

convicted of offences.
