SPENT CONVICTIONS (ACT AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.These regulations may be cited as the Spent Convictions (Act Amendment) Regulations

(No. 2) 1998.

Schedule 3 to the Act amended

2. Schedule 3 of the Spent Convictions Act 1988* is amended by inserting, in the

appropriate alphabetical position, in the table to clause 3 (1) the following item

• Autism Association of Western Australia (Inc) ".
