Spent Convictions (Act Amendment)

Regulations 2013

Made by the Governor in Executive Council under sections 16 and 33 of the Act.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Spent Convictions (Act Amendment)
Regulations 2013.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3. Spent Convictions Act 1988 amended

These regulations amend the Spent Convictions Act 1988.

4.             Schedule 3 clause 1 amended

(1)	In Schedule 3 clause 1(1) in the Table item 3 delete “constable”
and insert:
police officer
(2)	In Schedule 3 clause 1(3) in the Table item 13 delete “Schools”
and insert:
School
