Made b.), the Governor in Executive Council under sections 16 and 33 of the Act.

3.	Spent Convictions Act 1988 Schedule 3 amended These regulations amend the Spent Convictions Act 1988
Schedule 3.

I.            Citation

These regulations are the Spent Convictions (Act Amendment) Regulations 2009.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

4.           Clause 1 amended

(1) In the Table to clause 1(1) before item 12 insert:

11.	A person who is designated, or who is being	Sections 18,
