Spent Convictions (Act Amendment)

Regulations 2000

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Spent Convictions (Act
Amendment) Regulations 2000.

2. Schedule 3 to the Act amended

Schedule 3 to the Spent Convictions Act 1988* is amended in
item 10 in the Table to clause 1 by inserting after "Offender
Management Division" —
" or the Prison Services Division ".
