SPENT CONVICTIONS (ACT AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1998
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation1.These regulations may be cited as the Spent Convictions (Act Amendment) Regula-
tions 1998.
Schedule 3 to the Act amended
2. Schedule 3 to the Spent Convictions Act 1988* is amended by inserting after item 9 in
the table to clause 1 the following item —
"
10. A person employed in the Offender Management Division of the Ministry of Justice when (in the course of the person's duties) assessing, reporting about or classifying persons charged with or convicted of offences
