SPENCER
v
COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA & ANOR
[2018] HCASL 168
S53/2018
The applicant requires an extension of time in which to seek special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia, but it would be futile to grant the extension sought. The application is not a suitable vehicle for the resolution of a question of legal principle as would warrant the grant of special leave.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
