s1 2 s4 Speech Pathologists Amendment (No. 1) No. 403, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This by-law may be cited as the Speech Pathologists Amendment By-law (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ By-law amended 2. This by-law amends the Speech Pathologists By-law 1995 . ˙ Insertion of new s 22 3. After section 21— insert— ˙ ‘ When annual licence fee must be paid ‘ 22.(1) A person who is already registered as a speech pathologist at the beginning of a year, or becomes registered in January of a year, must pay the annual licence fee for the year on or before 31 January in the year. ‘ (2) A person who is not registered as a speech pathologist in January of a year, but applies to be registered in the year, must pay the annual licence fee for the year with the registration fee. ‘ (3) If a person is registered as a speech pathologist in December of a year, the annual licence fee for the following year is waived.’. ˙ Amendment of schedule (Fees) 4.(1) Schedule, item 5, ‘85.00’— omit, insert— ‘86.00’. (2) Schedule, item 7, ‘180.00’— omit, insert— ‘183.00’.
