2 Speech Pathologists Amendment (No. 1) No. 504, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This by-law may be cited as the Speech Pathologists Amendment By-law (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended by-law 2. The Speech Therapists By-law 1982 is amended as set out in this by-law. ˙ Replacement of s.1 (Short title) 3. Section 1— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Short title ‘1. This by-law may be cited as the Speech Pathologists By-law 1982 . ’. ˙ Replacement of s.4 (Forms) 4. Section 4— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Forms ‘4.(1) The prescribed forms for the purposes of the Act are the forms approved by the Board. ‘(2) A person may request the Board for a document setting out an approved form. ‘(3) The Board must comply promptly with a request. ’. ˙ Replacement of s.5 (Fees and Allowances) 5. Section 5— omit, insert—
