SPECIFICATION OF PROHIBITED DRUGS NO.1 OF 2014
I, MICHAEL PEZZULLO, Chief Executive Officer of Customs, pursuant to section 16H of the Customs Administration Act 1985 (the Administration Act), specify each drug listed in the table at Attachment A as a prohibited drug for the purposes of section 3 of the Administration Act.
This instrument commences on the day on which it is signed.
