Specialized Agencies (Privileges and

Immunities) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the International Organizations (Privileges and Immunities) Act 1963.

Principal Regulations

1. In these Regulations, Principal Regulations means the Specialized Agencies (Privileges and Immunities) Regulations.

Privileges and immunities of persons performing missions for a Specialized Agency

2. Regulation 9 of the Principal Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (2) (e) “Development; and” and substituting “Development.”;

(b) by omitting paragraph (2) (f);

(c) by omitting from paragraph (8) (h) “Development; and” and substituting “Development.”;

(d) by omitting paragraph (8) (i).

Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting item 16.
