I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the International Organisations (Privileges and Immunities) Act 1963.

1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Specialized Agencies (Privileges and Immunities) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations take effect from the day specified in a written determination made by the Minister under

subsection 13 (2) of the International Organisations (Privileges and Immunities) Act 1963.

3Amendment of Specialized Agencies (Privileges and Immunities) Regulations 1986

Schedule 1 amends the Specialized Agencies (Privileges and Immunities) Regulations 1986.
