This instrument is the Special Digital Data Service Provider Determination Revocation 2006 (No. 1).

2       Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

The Special Digital Data Service Provider Determination 2002 (No. 1) published in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette of 22 May 2002 is revoked.
