AMENDMENT ACT.

An Act to provide for the payment of certain

sums out of Special Deposits Account to the	—
Consolidated Revenue Fund; to validate certain payments ; to amend the Special Deposits (Industrial Undertakings) Act, 1912, and certain other Acts; and for purposes connected therewith, [Assented to, 25th June, 1930.]

lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Kew South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1 . (1) This Act may he cited as the “ Special siiort title.

1930.”

(2) In this Act the Special Deposits ( Industrial Undertakings) Act, 1912, as amended by subsequent Acts, is referred to as the Principal Act.

(3) The Principal Act as amended hy this Act may ho cited as the Special Deposits (Industrial Under­ takings) Act, 1912-1930.

2 . The Principal Act is amended hy inserting at the Ainemiment

Valid.ition.	3 . The action of the Colonial Treasurer in making any such payment prior to the commencement of this Act as though the law bad been in accordance with the amendment made by section two of this Act is hereby validated.
