Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows :—
1. This Act may be cited as the "Special Deposits
(Industrial Undertakings) Amendment Act, 1918."
2 . The following section is added to the Special
Deposits (Industrial Undertakings) Act, 1912, viz. :—
2A. (1) The Governor may, by proclamation in the Gazette, declare that the provisions of this Act shall cease to apply to any industrial undertaking specified in this Act, or notified by him as herein before provided, and thereupon the provisions of this Act shall cease to apply accordingly.
(2) The Governor may in like manner give directions as to how the assets and liabilities of any such industrial undertaking shall be dealt with. U N I V E R S I T Y
