. D by and with the advice and consent of the Le^sla- tive Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

(2) This Act shall be deemed to commence on the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.

| (2) Nothing in this Aet shall invalidate any payments lawfully made into or out of any such Special Deposit Account since the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twentv-eiglit, and before the signification of His itajesty’s assent to this Act, and the same shall respectively be deemed to be payments lawfully made into and out of the Consolidated Revenue Pund. |
