This Special By-law was impliedly revoked on 1 July 1998 because the authorising provisions in the Melbourne and Metropolitan Board of Works Act 1958, No. 6310 were repealed by section 6(8) of the Water Acts (Further Amendment) Act 1997, No. 110/1997.
