Special Broadcasting Service Regulations

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Special Broadcasting Service Act 1991.

Citation

 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Special Broadcasting Service Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

Limits on contracts

 2. For the purposes of subsection 67 (1) of the Special Broadcasting Service Act 1991, the amount of $20,000,000 is prescribed.
