to amend the
This Act may be cited as the
Southern State Superannuation (Parental Leave) Amendment Act 2017 .
This Act will be taken to have come into operation on 19 November 2012 immediately after section 13 of the
Statutes Amendment and Repeal (Superannuation) Act 2012 came into operation.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a specified Act amends the Act so specified.

salary , (ba)—delete paragraph (ba)
Schedule 1, clause 16A—delete the clause
