AN ACT to authorise the Construction of a

Railway from Southern Cross to Bullfinch.

[Assented to 22nd December, 1910.]

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Par-BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andwith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

1.    This Act may be cited as the Southern Cross-Bullfinch Rail- Short title.

It shall be lawful to construct and maintain a railway from

Southern Cross to Bullfinch, with all necessary, proper, and usual struct. works and conveniences in connection therewith, along the line de- scribed in the Schedule to this Act.

3.    Notwithstanding anything contained in the Public Works Deviation.

Act, 1902, it shall he lawful for the Minister for Works to deviate from the line as described in such Schedule to the extent of five miles on either side thereof.

SCHEDULE.

SOUTHERN CROSS-BULLFINCH RAILWAY.

Description of Line of Railway.

Commencing at a point in the Southern Cross Station Yard on the Northam- Southern Cross Railway, and proceeding thence in a generally North-Westerly direction for about 22 miles, and terminating at a point in or near South-Western boundary—Allotment No. 73 of the Townsite of Bullfinch, as more particularly delineated and coloured red on map marked P.W.D., W.A., 15297, deposited as provided for by 2 Edw. VII., No. 47, Section 96. Total length, about 22 miles.
