  1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery (Quota Species) Total Allowable Catch (Fishing Year 2006) Determination 2005.

  1. Commencement

This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.

  1. Meaning of certain expressions

An expression used in this Determination that is used in the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery Management Plan 2003 has the same meaning in this Determination as in that Plan.

  1. Determination of total allowable catch for each quota species in the Fishery

The total allowable catch for each quota species for the fishing year beginning on 1 January 2006 is:
