1. Name of Temporary Order

This Temporary Order is the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery (Additional Quota Species) Temporary Order 2005.

1. Commencement

This Temporary Order commences on the day after it is registered.

Note   An order made under section 43 of the Fisheries Management Act 1991 ceases to have effect on a day specified in the order or on being cancelled by another order or at the end of 6 months after the order is made, whichever is the soonest.

1. Additional quota species

Schedule 2 of the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery Management Plan 2003 is taken to be amended by the insertion of the following items:

25	Deepwater shark (eastern)	Species of the genus Deania, Centroscymnus, Dalatias, Etmopterus Centroscyllium kamoharai
26	Deepwater shark (western)	Species of the genus Deania, Centroscymnus, Dalatias, Etmopterus Centroscyllium kamoharai
27	Ribaldo	Mora moro
28	Oreo dories	Neocyttus rhomboidalis (spiky oreo) Allocyttus verrucosus (warty oreo) Neocyttus spp. (rough oreo) Allocyttus niger (black oreo)
29	Smooth dory	Pseudocyttus maculatus
30	Smooth dory (Cascade Plateau)	Pseudocyttus maculatus
