Application for termination of the Southern Aboriginal Corporation Enterprise Agreement 2012.

[1] On 9 June 2016, the Southern Aboriginal Corporation made an application to terminate the Southern Aboriginal Corporation Enterprise Agreement 2012 (the Agreement) under s.225 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act).

[2] I have considered the information provided in the application and pursuant to s.225 of the Act, I am satisfied as to each of the matters contained in s.226 of the Act. Accordingly, the Agreement is terminated.

[3] The termination will come into effect from 1 July 2016.
