AN ACT to amend " The South-Western
Railway Act, 1891."

HEREAS by "The South-Western Railway Act, 1891," a

SOUTH-WESTERN RAILWAY.
DESCRIPTION OF LINE OF RAILWAY.
Commencing at a point on the Eastern Railway 11 miles and forty chains or thereabouts from its commencing point at Fremantle, and proceeding thence in an Easterly, South-Easterly and generally, Southerly direction ;—through the Land District of Swan for a distance of 6 miles 55 chains or thereabouts ; thence through the Laud District of Canning for a distance of 18 miles 75 chains or thereabouts ; thence through the Land District of Cockburn for a distance of 15 miles 3 chains or thereabouts ; thence through the Land District of Murray for a distance of 35 miles 66 chains or thereabouts ; thence through the Land District of Wellington for a distance of 35 miles 16 chains or there- abouts, and terminating at or near a point on the Bunbury-Boyanup Railway 4 miles 61 chains or thereabouts from its commencing point at Bunbury ; as more particularly delineated by a red line on Map marked PWD. W. A. 1498, deposited at the office of the Commissioner of Railways, Perth.
