SOUTH-WEST TABLELANDS WATER SUPPLY ADMINISTRATION ACT 1941—REGULATION

(Relating to the price of water supplied to councils)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the South-west Tablelands Water Supply Administration Act 1941, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1 January 1992.

Amendments

2. The South-west Tablelands Water Supply Administration (Price of

Water) Regulation 1983 is amended:

(a) by omitting from clause 2 the matter “1991” and by inserting

instead the matter “1992”;

(b) by omitting from clause 2 the matter “82.4 cents” and by

inserting instead the matter “84 cents”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to increase (from 82.4 cents to 84 cents) the

price per kilolitre to be paid by councils of areas in the South-west Tablelands
District for water supplied from 1 January 1992.
