v
ESSENTIAL ENERGY & ORS
S11/2018
[2018] HCASL 98
The applicants seek special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. The applications do not, however, advance any point of principle of general importance which it would be in the interests of justice for this Court to consider and, in our opinion, the applicants have not identified any error in the Court of Appeal's reasoning or conclusions.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing each application with costs.
