South West Development Authority Regulations 1984

1.Citation

These regulations may be cited as the South West Development Authority Regulations 1984.

2.Commencement

These regulations shall come into operation on the day on which section 3 and Parts II, III and IV of, and Schedules 1, 2 and 3 to, the Act come into operation.

3.Prescribed number under section 30 (1) (b) of Act

For the purposes of section 30 (1) (b) of the Act, the prescribed number of persons is 12.
