This Plan is South Sydney Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Amendment

No 21).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the land located at Lot 2, DP 1015633, being

301–303 Botany Road, Zetland.
