South Pacific Commission (Privileges and

Immunities) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the International Organizations (Privileges and Immunities)Act 1963.

Privileges and immunities of officers of Commission other than high officers

Regulation 8 of the South Pacific Commission (Privileges and Immunities) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “four” and substituting “two”; and

(b) by omitting sub-regulations (3) and (4).
