South-East Queensland Water (Distribution and Retail Restructuring) and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the South-East Queensland Water (Distribution and Retail Restructuring) and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2011 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 23 May 2012. (2) In this section— postponed law means the following provisions of the South-EastQueenslandWater(DistributionandRetailRestructuring) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2010 — (a) sections 101 and 102; (b) section 117, to the extent it inserts section 1178; (c) section 118, to the extent it inserts the definitions default grid contract , mandatory term , negotiated grid contract and non-market contract. Editor’s note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 24 May 2012. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 25 May 2012.
