This by-law amends the South Bank Corporation By-law 1992 . ˙ Amendment of s 17 (Power to deal with persons causing a public nuisance) 3. Section 17(7), ‘30 June 1995’— omit, insert— ‘31 December 1995’. ˙ Amendment of s 19 (Power to require name and address) 4. Section 19(6), ‘30 June 1995’— omit, insert— ‘31 December 1995’. ˙ Amendment of s 20 (Court may exclude person from site) 5. Section 20(7), ‘30 June 1995’— omit, insert— ‘31 December 1995’. ˙ Amendment of s 21 (Power of arrest) 6. Section 21(3), ‘30 June 1995’— omit, insert— ‘31 December 1995’.
