Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the South Australian Motor Sport (Board Names) Amendment Regulations 2022.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which section 28 of the South Australian Motor Sport Act 1984 (as enacted by the South Australian Motor Sport (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act 2022) comes into operation.

Part 2—Amendment of South Australian Motor Sport Regulations 2014

3—Insertion of Part 1A

After regulation 3 insert:

Part 1A—Provisions relating to Board

3A—Prescribed names

For the purposes of section 28(c) of the Act, the following names are prescribed:

(a)World Solar Challenge;

(b)SA Motor Sport;

(c)ADL500.
