Part 1—Preliminary
1—Short title
These regulations may be cited as the South Australian Health Commission (Recognised Hospital—Medicare Patients Fees) Variation Regulations 2003.
2—Commencement
These regulations will come into operation on 1 November 2003.

outreach service has the same meaning as in the National Health Act 1953 of the Commonwealth;
Regulation 4(1), definition of patient—after "care" insert:
and includes a person to whom a recognised hospital provides outreach services
