1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the South Australian Health Commission (Private Hospitals) Variation Regulations 2005.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on 1 July 2005.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

4—Variation of regulation 9—Fees

1. Regulation 9(1)(a)—delete "$156.00" and substitute:

   $161

2. Regulation 9(1)(b)—delete "$156.00" and substitute:

3. Regulation 9(1)(c)—delete "$156.00" and substitute:

   $161

4. Regulation 9(1)(d)—delete "$22.40" and substitute:

   $23
