1—Short title
These regulations may be cited as the South Australian Health Commission (Audit of Prescribed Incorporated Hospitals and Health Centres) Regulations 1999.
4—Interpretation
In these regulations—
Act means the South Australian Health Commission Act 1976.
5—Prescribed incorporated hospitals
The hospitals in Schedule 1, being incorporated hospitals established under Part 3 of the Act, are prescribed incorporated hospitals for the purposes of section 34 of the Act.
6—Prescribed incorporated health centres
The health centres in Schedule 2, being incorporated health centres established under Part 4 of the Act, are prescribed incorporated health centres for the purposes of section 55 of the Act.
