Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the South Australian Health Commission (Audit of Prescribed Hospitals and Health Centres) Variation Regulations 2004.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on 1 July 2004.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Part 2—Variation of South Australian Health Commission (Audit of Prescribed Incorporated Hospitals and Health Centres) Regulations 1999

4—Substitution of Schedules 1 and 2

Schedules 1 and 2—delete the Schedules and substitute:

Schedule 1—Prescribed incorporated hospitals

Central Northern Adelaide Health Service Incorporated

Children, Youth and Women's Health Service Incorporated

Southern Adelaide Health Service Incorporated

Schedule 2—Prescribed incorporated health centres

Intellectual Disability Services Council Incorporated
