The Court concluded that Mr. Graziano had entered into the guarantee voluntarily and with a sufficient understanding of its nature and effect, and that there were no grounds to set it aside.
Consequently, the Court of Appeal allowed the appeal, set aside the orders of the trial judge, and ordered that the guarantee be enforced against Mr. Graziano.
