This regulation may be cited as the Solicitors’ Admission Rules Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Rules amended 2. This regulation amends the Solicitors’ Admission Rules 1968 . ˙ Amendment of r 20 3.(1) Rule 20(e), ‘, provided that’ to ‘of the Court’— omit. (2) Rule 20(f)— omit, insert— ‘(f) to the Director of Legal Aid under the Legal Aid Act 1978 ; or (g) successively to any 2 or more of the persons or officers mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (f).’. ˙ Amendment of r 76B (Application for admission) 4.(1) Rule 76B(2)(b)(ii), ‘practising’— omit, insert ‘principally practising’. (2) Rule 76B(2)(b)(iii)— omit, insert— ‘(iii) if it is the notice to the Secretary—the prescribed fee.’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 5. Form 25A— omit, insert—
