SOIL FERTILITY RESEARCH.

No. 53 of 1969.

AN ACT to amend the Soil Fertility Research Act,

1954-1955.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

and citation. 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Soil Fertility

Research Act Amendment Act, 1969.

(2) In this Act the Soil Fertility Research Act,

1954-1955 is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may

be cited as the Soil Fertility Research Act, 1954-1969.

2. Section 4 of the principal Act is amended— ti:ierme"

(a)	by substituting for the words "Barley and Oats", in paragraph (a), the words "Coarse Grains"; and
(b)	by substituting for the passage "the Trustees for the time being of the Wheat Pool of Western Australia", in paragraph (d) the passage "The Grain Pool of W.A.".

3. This Act shall be deemed to have come into Commence- meat.
