No. 67 of 1967.

AN ACT to amend the Soil Conservation Act,

1945-1955.

[Assented to 5th December, 1967.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:—

Short title

and 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Soil

3. Section nine of the principal Act is amended.

(a)

by substituting the word, "eight" in line three of subsection (1), the word, "ten";

(b)

by adding after paragraph (e) of sub- section (2) a paragraph as follows

(ea) one shall be an officer of the Com-

missioner of Main Roads appointed

Vide 8.10,

under the Main Roads Act, 1930; ; by substituting for the words "one shall be a person as the representative" in line one of paragraph (f) of subsection (2), the words, "two shall be persons as the repre- sentatives".
