SOIL AND LAND CONSERVATION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS

(NO. 2) 1991

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Soil and Land Conservation

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1991.

Regulation 4 amended

2.    Regulation 4 of the Soil and Land Conservation Regulations 1984* is

amended by inserting after subregulation (4) the following subregulation —

(5) Subregulation (4) does not apply to a notice given to the f)

Commission before 1 November 1991.
