Soil and Land Conservation Amendment

Regulations 2002

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Soil and Land
Conservation Amendment Regulations 2002.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations is to the Soil and Land
Conservation Regulations 1992*.

3.             Regulation 4 amended

(1)	Regulation 4(2) is amended by deleting “subregulations (1) and (4)” and inserting instead —
“ subregulation (1) ”.
(2)	Regulation 4(4) is amended by deleting “give notice in accordance with subregulation (2) to the Commissioner for reassessment.” and inserting instead —
“ again give notice in accordance with subregulation (1). ”.

23 August 2002 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 4350

(3) Regulation 4(5) is repealed and the following subregulation is
inserted instead —

“

(5) Subregulation (4) applies to every notice given to the Commissioner in accordance with subregulation (1), irrespective of when it was given.

”.
