SOIL AND LAND CONSERVATION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Soil and Land Conservation

Amendment Regulations 1990.

Principal regulations

2.    In these regulations the Soil and Land Conservation Regulations 1984* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 4 amended

3.    Regulation 4 of the principal regulations is amended in subregulation (2)

by inserting after "in Schedule 2" the following—

(district and location number), and being km

and shall be accompanied by a map with a north point, identifying the land to be cleared, detailing the location numbers of that land and any adjacent land, and showing any public roads adjacent to that land ".

Schedule 2 repealed and a Schedule substituted

4.    Schedule 2 to the principal regulations is repealed and the following
