PROCLAMATION

I, The Governor, acting under section 2 of the Soil and Land Conservation Amendment Act 1990, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclama- tion is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which—

(a) section 4 (c) of that Act, to the extent that it inserts definitions of "the Trust" and "the Trust Fund";

(b) section 12 of that Act; and

(c) items 1 (b), 2 and 3 of the Schedule to that Act,

come into operation.
